FAQ's
Additional Information
How do I book? Our bookings are done over the phone or email ONLY!! You may fill out our Glitter Me Krazy booking form. There is a $150 non-refundable Deposit that will be required at the time of booking to hold your date and time. The deposit will go towards the cost of your party. We do not hold dates without a deposit.
When is the final payment due? The remaining balance in full will be due 1 week before the party. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
When will I need to give the final RSVP count? We need the finale count 1 week before the party. The number you provide is what we will use to prepare for the party. All parties include 6 girls (Birthday Girl Included). There will be an extra fee for any numbers over the 6 count. (There is a 8 girl MAX) please look over our party packages to see additional fees.
Is there a Travel Fee? The first 20 miles are complementary. If your location is more than the 20 mile radius of East Stroudsburg (18302), there will be a $2.30 fee for each mile after. Please use google maps to see if your location is over the 20 miles.
Does the Glitter Me Krazy Glamour Bus travel with the girls?
Where does the Glamour Bus stay during the party? No, we come to your location. The girls party on the bus we do not transport anyone!! The bus will park at any driveway, street , or parking lot. You are responsible for securing, including getting any parking permits and gate passes if needed. We do ask that all the areas where we will be parking the Glamour bus at is clear and ready for us to set up.
What if I need to reschedule? You are allowed to reschedule ONCE If the date and time is available. You must reschedule within 48 hours before the date of your party. If you cancel your party 6 days before the day of your party 50% of your party cost will be returned to you. Deposits are non-refundable
Can I bring food? No food will be provided other than what your package includes or if a child has food allergies.
Are parents allowed on the Glamour Bus? Due to limited space of the Glamour Bus parents are not allowed on the bus while the parties are going on. We will allow parents to get on before and after the party to take pictures of our beautiful glamour bus and your beautiful princesses. The parents are allowed to watch all of our fashion shows on the Glamour Carpet outside of the bus.
What if it rains the day of my party? No worries!!!! Rain, sleet or snow. The Glamour Bus will be there! If we need to cancel due to inclement weather we will allow you to reschedule for another date.
Food allergies? It is your responsibility to let us know of any allergies. If it is something a child can not have it will be our your Responsibility to provide us with any refreshments for the child.
How can I prepare for the party? All girls must have all nail polish removed from hands and feet if the party is a pamper party. We are NOT licensed cosmetologists. Everything that is done is * entertainment only *
Can I add more time to my party package? Yes! $75 per addition hour, can be added to packages and must be added on prior to the date of your event.
What if my guests arrive late? The Glamour Bus will be on a strict time schedule so we will need to start and end all parties on time. The Glamour bus will arrive at least an hour before to set up for all of our amazing parties.
What if the Glamour Bus encounters any mechanical issues? If we run into any mechanical issues Glitter Me Krazy will notify you in advance and we will refund your full party amount deposit included. You will be able to reschedule your party.
